Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency and that it would be suffice if this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhungar District, to monitor the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2016 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District. This Court further directs the respondent police to expeditiously conduct the investigation. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
