Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. Is to transfer C.C.No.1211 of 2016 from the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur to any other court at Chennai for being tried. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case pending in C.C.No.1211 of 2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar.

2. The reasons stated for transfer is that the petitioners are not able to travel to Virudhunagar for every hearing and they have their business activities at Hariyana. Therefore the petitioners have sought for transfer of the case to Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioners can be represented by the counsel before the Court below in order to contest the case in C.C.No.1211 of 2016. The petitioners shall appear before the court only as and when required by the court below and in all other hearings the petitioners shall be represented by the counsel. The counsel representing the petitioner will cross examine the witnesses on the same day when they are examined in chief.

4. Since the C.C is of the year 2016, the court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
