ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 18.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 19.06.2020.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
