Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to measure and demarcate petitioners properties in Survey No.564/1C2B measuring Hector 0.44.0 Acre 1.09 Cents situated a Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District and fix the boundary by considering petitioner application vide E-challan in No.2025/0123/15/010982 dated 01.12.2025 petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to measure and demarcate petitioners properties in Survey No.564/1C2B measuring Hector 0.44.0 Acre 1.09 Cents situated a Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District and fix the boundary by considering petitioner application vide Echallan in No.2025/0123/15/010982 dated 01.12.2025 petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026.

2.The petitioner has purchased the property in Document No.6901 of 2011, dated 31.10.2011 in Survey No.564/1C2B admeasuring 1.09 cents. Now, the petitioner is seeking to survey the purchased property and demarcate the same and has paid the requisite fees through e-challan. 3.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to survey the land with the assistance of the second respondent based on the sale deed Document No.6901 of 2011, dated 31.10.2011 and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
