PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent here in to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, in S.T.C No.585/2017 dated 30/08/2019 and proceed with the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent here in to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, in S.T.C No.585/2017 dated 30/08/2019 and proceed with the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Non Bailable Warrant has been issued on 30.08.2019, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

3. There shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, in S.T.C No.585 of 2017 dated 30.08.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
