ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2018 for the alleged offence punishable under sections 380 and 454 IPC, in connection with a case, in Crime No.174 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner broke open the house of the defacto complainant and stolen the articles. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence alleged by the prosecution and that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 49 days and hence, the petitioner may be released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the alleged stolen property was not recovered from the accused and in this case, the investigation is pending.

than 49 days, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain stringent conditions.

6.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Thiruchirapalli daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
