ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.VENUGOPAL for Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.N.GA.NATRAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 23.10.2018 passed in O.S.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that they have not filed any execution petition sofar and hence, there is no necessity for stay.
