ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police conclude the investigation and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the investigation is underway and the crime is of the year 2018 and seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3. At request of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), three months time is granted to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the competent Court.
