ORDER

Heard Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent, seeking for approval of the petitioner's appointment as consequential staff, was rejected vide G.O.Ms.No.238, School Education (PaKa6(1) Department dated 13.11.2018 and the same has also been challenged by the 3rd respondent in WP(MD) No.14454 of 2020. Therefore, he submits that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous and has also made an endorsement in the Writ Petition to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.6983 of 2020 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
