ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash all the further proceedings of the case in CC No. 120/2021 on the file of the Learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Kanyakumari as against this petitioner.

2. This is a matrimonial dispute. Since the problems between the endange couple has been resolved and now the de facto complainant / the 2nd respondent has been happily living with the 1st petitioner, no purpose would be served in continuing with the trial.

3. Accordingly, CC No.120/2021 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Kanyakumari, is hereby quashed.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
