Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2015 thereby promote the senior most B.T.Assistant (Tamil) Teacher working in the 2nd respondent School to the vacant post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) at the same school.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2015, thereby promote the senior most B.T.Assistant (Tamil) Teacher working in the 2nd respondent School, to the vacant post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil), at the same school.
2. Mr.T.S.Md.Mohideen, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the 1st respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
