3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur is directed to dispose of C.C.No.100 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
