Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Staff-fixation Order issued by the second respondent DEEO on 01.03.2013 rendering two post of Secondary Grade Teacher as surplus during the academic year 2012-2013 and the sequential order issued by him on 19.02.2014 rendering 3 posts of Secondary Grade Teacher as surplus during the academic year 20132014 to the petitioner's school and the consequential proceedings issued by the third respondent AEEO in A.Mu.No.707/A1/2014 dated 22.12.2014 refusing to approve the appointment of Tmt.A.Muhammathal Beevi as Secondary Grade Teacher w.e.f., 01.11.2012 and quash the same and further direct the DEEO to approve forthwith the appointment of Tmt.A.Muhammathal Beevi as Secondary Grade Teacher w.e.f., 01.11.2012 and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other attendant benefits.
