ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 336 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.73 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4. It is seen that on 26.10.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking note of the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is made absolute with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m., until further orders.

6. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
