Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to forbear the respondent police from interfering in a civil dispute in respect of the property admeasuring 1 acre 44.1/2 cents comprised in Ayanpunjai Survey No.267/6 and land admeasuring 0.06.0 ares comprised in Survey No.267/2 situated at Navalur Kuttapattu Village, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy District and for bear he respondent police from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
