ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1226 of 2019 pending on his file.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the investigation could not be proceeded in view of the pandemic and they would complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6549 of 2020 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1226 of 2019 and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date receipt of a copy of this order.
