This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.2033 of 2025, dated 31.01.2025 ot execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.Mr.K.Ganesamoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was ailing from viral fever and hence, she was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the 1/3

sureties.

3.Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2033 of 2025, dated 31.01.2025.
