ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G. Karuppasamypandiyan, Advocate for R. Ganeshprabhu, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. M. Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: ''Heard both sides.

2.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the learned trial Judge refused to receive the order copy issued by this Court in the main petition due to the absence of the petitioners' representing Counsel, this Court is inclined to extend the time. 3.Therefore, the time already granted by this Court is extended for another fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to call for report from the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni with regard to the
