This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and her husband, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.01.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the 2nd respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.01.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
