ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner, on 26.01.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for permission to cut and remove trees from his patta land.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is eking his livelihood from the agricultural income from his patta land. The petitioner wants to cut the trees from his patta land and hence he made a representation before the respondent, seeking for permission. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions. 3.Heard Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Angappan, learned Government Advocate, for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 26.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
