ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to deposit 50% of the arrear amount as per the direction of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.98 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.17 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, time is extended till 25.03.2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
