ORDER
Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police, to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.2285 of 2016 and either file the charge sheet or the closure report as the case may be.
With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
