2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2018 and to rectify mistake made in the petitioner's name as "ISSAC" instead of Eshak alias Issac in the Birth Certificate of the petitioner's son within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 18.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
