ORDER
Mrs.A.Nagarani, Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station,Thiruparankundram, Madurai is present. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that NBW against A1 is pending and he has not yet been secured.
2. Therefore, this Court cannot issue direction to the Trial Court to complete the Trial in the time bound manner. A1 has not yet been secured. However, after A1 is secured the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial, provided there is no other legal impediment.
3. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
