ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in in Crl OP(MD) No.439/2025 dt.21.01.2025.

2. Mr.S. Vishnuvardhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. He further submits that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases and he is a History sheeted rowdy.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.439 of 2025, dated 21.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall furnish his mobile number as well as the address where he is going to stay at Trichy and further, the petitioner should not 2/3
