Mrs.A.Nagarani, Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tiruparankundram, Madurai, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2016 was completed and the charge sheet was filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Madurai on 13.06.2016, but the same has not taken on file, because some surety papers are missing.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, is directed to look into those aspect and help the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Madurai, to trace the papers and take the charge sheet on file, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
