ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 26.04.2021, 04.02.2022 and the requisition letter dated 29.07.2022 in D.No.7265 of 2022, submitted by the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.136 of 2018.

2. This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 26.04.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.136 of 2018, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 29.07.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
