ORDER

These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). Nos.1660, 1663, 1659, 1661 and 1657 of 2025, respectively, dated 29.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petitions.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.1660, 1663, 1659 & 1657 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025 and 2/4

the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1661 of 2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Suthamalli Police Station, Tirunelveli, weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. The other conditions shall hold good. sd/- 20.03.2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
