3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the first respondent to upgrade the petitioner as Physical Director Grade I from Physical Education Teachers post in the fourth Respondent institution i.e., St.Arulananthar Higher Secondary School, Oriyur, Ramanathapuram District, by way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2018.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as persons concerned. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
