ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 16.11.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent had revised the rent, which according to the petitioner, was exorbitant and hence, an appeal was filed before the first respondent, on 16.11.2020, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent. Since the same has not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the appeal that was filed by the petitioner was returned on 24.11.2020, on account of certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.8283 of 2021 deficiencies and the same has not been represented till date. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not aware about the papers returned and hence, submitted that the petitioner will immediately comply with the deficiencies and represent the papers before the first respondent. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to represent the appeal papers returned by the first respondent after complying with the deficiencies pointed out, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the first respondent is directed to hear the appeal and pass orders, within a period of three months from the date of first hearing of the appeal.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
