PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents to accord permission to the Adal Padal Programme to be held on 24.03.2023 at about 6.00 pm to be conducted at the Arulmigu Sri Irulappasamy Temple at Koovachipatti, Vannnikkonenthal, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to respondents to accord permission to the Adal Padal Programme to be held on 24.03.2023 at about 6.00 pm to be conducted at the Arulmigu Sri Irulappasamy Temple at Koovachipatti, Vannnikkonenthal, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2023.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the matter has become infructuous since the programme date already expired.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
