To issue a direction for directing the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai expedite the disposal of the case pending before the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in S.C.No.361/2017 within the time stipulated by this Hon`ble court and pass such other order or orders and this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earler order dated of this court 29/04/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the VI Additional Sessins Judge, Madurai, in D.No.78/2022 dated 23/02/2022. and this court made the following order:

The learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.361 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.04.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 23.02.2022 is accepted and a further period of two months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
