Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in petition No.54800 dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in petition No.54800 dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner and as per the document, the petitioner has purchased one acre but on field only 60 cents is available. Hence, the petitioner has sought to survey the land with the assistance of Taluk Surveyor.

3.Therefore, this Court is directing the 4th respondent to survey the land with the assistance of the 5th respondent Taluk Surveyor in the presence of the petitioner. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent DRO shall pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
