This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the complaint dated 13.02.2020 from the file of the respondents 3 and 4 to the file of the second respondent or any other officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the petitioner was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Pudukottai and enquiry is underway.

3. Since enquiry has been undertaken by the District Crime Branch, Pudukottai, the petitioner shall appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry.

4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, question of transfer of investigation does not arise in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
