2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15682 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021, investigation has been completed, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.2394 of 2023 on 17.04.2023.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. This contempt petition is closed.
