Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 CR.P.C. & 528 BNSS To direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 48 of 2024 dated 07/02/2024 and to file the Final Report, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments Mr.M.Sakthi kumar, Government Advocate, (Crl.side ) for the Petitioner this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to extend the time limit to complete the investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court has directed the Investigation Officer to identify the vehicle within a period of two weeks from the date of the order, dated 24.10.2024. The present investigation officer, who took charge on 20.02.2025 is taking earnest steps to identify the vehicle. 2/4

However, no clue to identify the vehicle. Hence, prays to grant 8 weeks time to complete the investigation.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, the time is extended for a period of eight weeks to comply with the order of this Court, dated 24.10.2024.
