The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is 1/4
harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that there is a domestic dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The third respondent is none other than the sister in law of the petitioner. He further submits that based on the complaint of the third respondent, enquiry was conducted in C.No. 120/SDOT/SP_P/2024 on 21.02.2024 and it was closed on 15.03.2024. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been conducted and it was closed on 15.03.2024, nothing survives in this petition for further direction.
