ORDER

1. This petitioner approached this Court for a direction to direct the second respondent police to provide police protection for his life and limb.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 and 4 are the brother and sister of the petitioner and the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 are enjoying the joint family property and there is a civil dispute between the parties. Now, the third respondent is trying to sell the suit property including the petitioner's share and therefore the petitioner filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide sufficient police protection for entering into his property.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his brother and on a complaint of the petitioner, a petition enquiry was also conducted on the file of the second respondent police in C.S.R.No.287 of 2020 and the same was also closed on 24.03.2020 by advising the party to approach the competent civil Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is necessary in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
