ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the enquiry.

2. Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned counsel has filed vakalat for the third respondent and counter has been filed by the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.19 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC on 06.06.2021.

4. Even though the First Information Report has been registered, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same has been registered only subsequent to the filing of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5669 of 2021 petition and even without taking into account the representation made by him on 02.02.2021 and on 01.04.2021.

5. However, since the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner she has to face the same as per law. So harassment does not arise in the change of this circumstance. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. The petitioner is permitted to workout her remedy appropriately.
