This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to execute the conviction warrant issued on 29/02/2024 in connection with the case in S.T.C.No.237/2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FTC) Madurai forthwith. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has filed a revision petition in Criminal Revision Petition No. 3947 of 2024 along with an application to condone the delay in filing the revision petition as against the order of the Appellate Court. Also, he submitted that there is a delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition.

3. In the event, if the petitioner appears in the criminal revision petition, the criminal revision petition itself can be taken up for final hearing.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also undertakes that the 2/4

petitioner will enter appearance in the criminal revision petition and file his objection in Criminal Revision Petition No.3947 of 2024.
