Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner's building was sealed by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act. The sealing took place on 15.06.2019. The revision petition was filed on 13.04.2021. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
