ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thoothukudi to expedite the trial of C.C.No.401 of 2019 and conclude the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.A perusal of the records shows that the petitioner along with other accused have filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17948 of 2019 before this Court seeking quashment of the final report. This Court, by order, dated 10.03.2021, quashed the entire prosecution. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.In the meantime, Registry may call for the report from the concerned Court as to whether the order reached the court or not. So, the report must be filed to the Registry and must be put up before this Court in the course of time.
