[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Habeas Courpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu, namely, the petitioner's husband i.e. Thangaraj, aged about 35 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenu has been set at liberty and therefore, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the habeas corpus petition.

3. Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
