ORDER

The Writ petitioner complains that he was ex-communicated. This writ petition was filed in the year 2015. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a letter written by the petitioner to the third respondent indicating that the issue had already been settled. This Court, therefore, closes the writ petition as infructuous. No costs.
