O R D E R
In the light of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2773 of 2023 and in the light of the fact that the trial has already commenced in this case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings. It is left open to the petitioners to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The Court below shall dispose of the proceedings in S.C.No.81 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
