O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter viz., Nathiya before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that for the second time the detenue has eloped with the third respondent and a case in Crime No.147 of 2018 has already been registered against the detenue.

3. In view of the same, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.

However, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
