ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.357 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and it is taken on file in CC.No.463 of 2023.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and taken on file by the Court concerned, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
