Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHESHKUMAR B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, as per the order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17670 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this is second petition for extension of time.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
