ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12490 of 2019, dated 09.09.2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
