ORDER

W.P(MD)No.8194 of 2021 2.During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner came to know that based on the third respondent's complaint, a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner. In view of the subsequent development, the petitioner's counsel seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a quash petition. 3.Leave is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner's defences and contentions are left open. No costs.
